Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting and financial regulations at company, local, state and federal levels.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and review bookkeeping to ensure accounting compliance with local regulations. Prepare accurate financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
- Keep meticulous financial records and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Accurately calculate taxes payable and make timely declarations. Help company to discover and avoid tax risks, ensuring tax compliance with local regulations.
- Review funds payment documents, ensuring the safety and security of funds. Assist in finance negotiations to achieve favorable financing conditions.
- Stay updated on current legislation related to finance and accounting practices.
- Organize and supervise stock and fixed asset counting to ensure the safety and integrity of all assets.
- Provide financial analysis, including cost analysis, to support decision-making process.
- Assist management in budget preparation and conduct financial forecasts.
- Work Location: Makó Ipari Park
- Work Time: fully onsite without home office
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 8 years of working experience in accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with current financial legislation and taxation laws.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and proficient skills in accounting software applications.
- Excellent analytical abilities and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must.
Nice-to-have
- Proficiency in SAP system preferred.
- Knowledge of Chinese is an asset.
